Torch Paint @ ploysaeng market day2

Torch paint is an interactive installation & performance–developed from Fanworks project (ploysaeng market day1) and Joe’s Laser Paint beta1 (powered by max/msp/jitter). This project transforms TCDC’s living wallpaper space to be a digital graffiti wall.

Thanks Evan Roth for the inspiration and the great talk at TCDC.

Believe it or not this is painted by Her Royal Highness Princess Siriwanwaree.

Hi, I have created a similar laser graffiti system with Jitter, and just ran across what you have done which is very similar. One thing it looks like you have which I have been puzzled over is a paint drip. Is there any way you could point me in the right direction of how you accomplished this? It would be highly appreciated.

Hi there, I use jit.led for the drip (the drip will work only when there are no one paint it in real-time). jit.p.shiva and jit.p.vishnu for the particle effects. Any more questions, please feel free to ask 🙂
